Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the Scientific Committee of the Conference of the Polish Neuropathological Society, we are pleased to invite you to attend the conference, which will take place on 20–21 November 2026 in Warsaw.
The conference will have an interdisciplinary profile and will address current topics in neuropathology, neurology and the broader field of neuroscience. Its aim is to present the latest scientific, diagnostic and clinical advances and to create a forum for exchanging experience among specialists representing different areas of medicine and biomedical sciences.
The programme will focus in particular on:
- neuropathology of tumours of the central and peripheral nervous systems,
- neurodegenerative diseases,
- modern diagnostic and research methods in diseases of the nervous system,
- molecular neuropathology,
- the role and importance of neuropathology in everyday pathology practice.
The conference will include plenary lectures, thematic sessions, as well as oral and poster presentations. Contributions may also be presented in English.
We warmly encourage you to take an active part in the conference and to submit abstracts of your scientific work.
The abstract submission deadline is 15 October 2026.
Abstracts should be submitted using the form available on this conference website.
Abstracts accepted for presentation will be published in Folia Neuropathologica.
We hope that the conference will provide a forum for substantive discussion and the exchange of knowledge and experience among physicians, pathologists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, researchers and representatives of other disciplines involved in the diagnosis and study of diseases of the nervous system.
Yours sincerely,
Scientific Committee of the Conference of the Polish Neuropathological Society
